It depends on the partnership model. In the partnership model there is no upfront investment, only an agreed percentage of bookings. In the hybrid model you pay part of the development plus a lower percentage, and in the classic model the full development with no percentage. We send a quote with no obligation.
Do I have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. Your system works alongside the platforms: calendars are synced, so a date booked in one place automatically becomes unavailable everywhere else. The goal is for more and more guests to book directly, without commission.
How are double bookings avoided?

How do guests pay?
